We offer a program that helps each team member achieve their individual goals while instilling in each player the importance of team work.  This allows us to break through the walls that have been built between cities and high schools.  We strive to help the girls and parents develop life long friendships.

We teach the girls what it takes to play at the highest level that they desire to play.   We put the teams into tournaments that will push them to reach farther than they thought they could reach.  We will enter the girls in premier tournaments that have college coaches attending to evaluate the talent available for any girl that wishes to play basketball past high school.

As the founder of this program, it is my dream to never “cut” a girl, but to build our program.  Our goad is to reach a level where we have enough girls with similar goals to form multiple teams.  These teams will be entered into tournaments that match the team members expectations.  - Brett Nicklaus
